missing games from account

i have a load of games missing from my account the games are
battlefield 2 (with all add-ons)

battlefield 1942
medal of honor (newest one out)

need for speed most wanted

battlefield bad company 2

command & conquer 4

i have tried adding the CD-keys again as they are boxed games i have and they all say they have been used........

so why have my games been taken away?

i restarted the app and it seem to fix it and there were a lot more games missing as it said i had 15 but after reloading i had all 29 back.

    Hi @Hinsy1,

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.

    Hey I didn't want to make a new post for the same issue, I cant figure out how to navigate the help section to find the appropriate section to submit anything.
