My EA app keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted everything. Every time it crashes, it takes the game I'm playing with it so I keep having to restart at the same spot, please...

@NyxMacabre I had this happen too for a while, but it luckily didn't crash the game too.
But after the last update the app crashes when I start it so I can't even play my games anymore.
Do you have an older computer? I still play on a Windows 7 pc and microsoft stopped the support. Maybe that's the reason?

I am running win 7 64 bit but that shouldn,t be the issue, i,ve been playing this game since Origin on this PC, last week it worked fine. But you never know :/
@RavhisattvaIt's just because I read in another thread about these issues that we should update our Windows version but the support for Windows 7 ended a while ago. EDIT: It was this thread, see above ^^'
Well customer support will try their very best to push the issue so that its the customer's fault so they don't have to do anything,
But i said in my other posts which you responded to, i could play the game for about 45 minutes before it started crashing again. So really, i don't have much to say with the exception that i am extremely disappointed .
Good luck to everyone , i hope you all get the use and satisfaction and pleasure from the games and services you have paid for and not the blame....
No offence, but OS doesn't matter, i'm on windows 10 2H22 and it crashes on launch as well, and no, EA Support, your steps don't help at all, so how about stop reading from the list you've been given and investigate this issue.
