Need help.
I have sims 4 and some of the expansion packs, but they're all on my dad's account. He has two-factor authentication on, so I can never really access the game, because we live in two different time-zones.. I downloaded the game to my own account but it is missing all of the expansion packs:((, it's not the same without them. My dad doesn't even play the game..
I have tried to contact EA before, but no one has replied. Apparently linking accounts wouldn't work either. I need my expansion packs!! I am not going to buy them again.

You may need to contact them with your dad, since one of the accounts is his, he might need to provide some information to confirm the transfer.
