Hey qssa8wddqh67 I removed your attachment as it contains personal information that could be handy to the wrong people.
Is the issue you are having that the payment looks like it was removed from your account, but the in-game purchase did not complete?
It could be that the money in your account was taken as a pre-authorisation but then not completed.
Have you spoken with your bank or card issuer to see if there was an issue on their end?
