No option to install with EA App

I own Madden 22, which I bought some months back. Before buying it, I tried it out with the 10 hour trial you get through EA play. I bought the game and redeemed it, downloaded and used it just fine through Origin. EA keeps making this push to switch to their EA app, especially when used in harmony with Game Pass. So, I open the EA app and it keeps telling me my trial is expired and offers to let me buy the game. I already own the game, and the EA App even acknowledges I own the game because when I press "Buy the game," it tells me I own the standard edition. This is absolutely mind boggling, and it just seems fitting that EA is the only place I have this issue.
