Origin stopped working, and I can't log into my Origin account on the EA app.

    I experienced the same problem. I had to go to the EA website and do a password reset. I 'changed' the password to the same as my old one and everything worked again.

Hey there @ethanlevv,

In order to access and play your games, you'll need to sign into the same account that your content was originally purchased on. When you try to sign into the EA app with those older account details, what's the exact error message you're getting?

    Hello @EA_Solaire,

    It just says that the information is incorrect, as if the account does not exist. I know it is correct because I wrote it down over a few years ago, and it would work back then. If you are referring to Origin, it gives me error code 20:403. I went to help articles that talk about the error code, and they say to update Origin. For some reason, I can't update Origin.
