Packs not showing as purchased??

Question

wanted to jump on and play after a about 6 months of not playing and all my packs are gone??? i have about 20 add ons (game packs, expansions ect). i had a similar issue last time i tried to play but got help and fixed the issue but now none of that is working. none of the packs are showing in my purchase history or in game at all. but when i launched the game my previous save files with all my packs used in game are present. i looked into the folders and saw that the game pack ect files are all there? i dont know what to do. i have spent so much money on packs and dont want to have to buy them all again.

im not sure what the issue is

any help would be greatly appreciated

They added a new feature in the game to be able to enable and disable packs - it seems like for some people when it was introduced it automatically disabled some people's packs. It didn't for me - but apparently some people have this issue.

You can check from the game's main menu - click Marketplace, click the My Collection tab and then click the Pack Selection button - you should make every pack say Active if it doesn't already say it.

the packs arent even showing in my collection. according to EA i have never owned the packs. even though i have my receipts and bank history showing that i have purchased them

If the packs aren't showing up under My Collection or on your Purchase History page, then it sounds like you've signed in to the wrong EA account. You'll need to log in under the EA account you used to purchase those packs in order to have access to them.&nbsp;
It'd be worth checking your email address(es) for those receipts from EA to confirm which email address the correct account is associated with. If you need additional support locating those login details, you'll need to contact our live support team with the information you're able to find, as we're unable to discuss account information here on the forums.&nbsp;
