Paypal showing pending order

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I bought F1 23, paid with paypal. Game is on my library, no problems there, however, on my paypal activity I have 02 transactions with EA, 01 shows as COMPLETED and the other one as PENDING, even though I've only bought 1 game, 1 time. Thought it was a paypal issue so I contacted them, but they replied that they cannot do anything since EA placed the request for payment and won't go away until either I pay, AGAIN, or you cancel that request. Obviously I'm requesting the cancelation of the 2nd payment request.

I've seen a similar case, but been looking for almost 1 hour and I can't find either an email address or chat for support, and honestly it shouldn't be that hard to get in contact with you guys ....
