"pricenotfound" error for players trying to purchase Sims 4 DLC

I cannot buy Lovestruck Expansion pack with " Try again a little later. [ref. #PRICENOTFOUND]”" error, can you find a solution?  There was same issue for essential glam kit but it solved help please...

Please try clearing the cache for the EA app with these steps.

If you're still seeing this error then, please run an EA Error Report and provide your Report ID for me here. 

Is this only happening with Lovestruck and Crystal Creations, or are you seeing this error with any DLC you try to purchase?
