"pricenotfound" error for players trying to purchase Sims 4 DLC
I’ve been trying to purchase content for The Sims 4 through the EA App on my PC, but every time I try, I get the following error:
“We had some trouble processing your request. Try again a little later. [ref. #PRICENOTFOUND]”
This happens specifically when I try to buy the Lovestruck Expansion Pack and also the Crystal Creations Stuff Pack.
I don’t even reach the step where I can choose a payment method — it happen when i chose purchase.

This issue should now be resolved- you should be able to purchase these packs normally again in the EA app.
