Problem with downloading when owning and subsciption

So i bought Battlefield 2042 pre order and was fairly let down to say the least at launch date, played a few weeks (about 160 hours) but stoped playing. after havent touched a game in my Origin acount for months i canceled my subscription thinking i could still play battlefield after a few updates. And this is where my problems begin, i was meet with the message i could not get acces a game that i bought for almost 100 dollars without a subsciption, fairly pissed at this moment but still wanted to play the game so i restarted my subsciption with EA and then logged in to the new EA app and tried to download the game, i get the message that "oops there was some problem with your download please try again later" Go over to Origin and try to download the game over there. In origin i´m unable to add Battlefield 2042 to my game library and download the game there, and sometimes i´t says that there was some problem with my payment even to i have both bought the game and am i paying ea play pro member.

I have been in contact with EA customer support in India and been told that there might be a conflict with both owning the game and trying to play the game via the subsciption but after 5 calls they say that they are going to talk with the staff and i should hang on and they break the call and i have to start everything over with going over the problem and what i have done so far.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the EA app and Origin several times, tried with a clean PC boot, tried downloading in a different folder but nothing work and the tech support seams to be of no support at all. So what can i do?

    Hi there @Koliheim,

    It sounds like you may need to have the purchased version of Battlefield re-added to your account so you can access and play your game again. This isn't something we can do over AHQ as we aren't able to access your account details here, but the live support team can take a look with you.

    @EA_Solaire well they coulden´t really help me with that over the 5 calls i made to them, all of them hang up on me

    @EA_Solaire Hello again Solaire, do you know how fast you usually get a replay on the facebook page? did try and contact them by messenger yesterday but still no replay
