I gave my friend my account details, and he's from Lviv, and he accessed it without any problems. I decided to try a VPN and was able to launch the app. Could you tell me why this happened? I can't access the app without a VPN anymore.

Zaporizhzhya city, Ukraine is not under russian contol. Non occupied, never been occupied. Please review your restrictions.

I'm from Zaporizhzhia and I'm having trouble logging into my EA account on PC. My city isn't occupied. And it never was. The front line in my area hasn't changed for a long time. I support your sanctions against aggressor countries. I bought Octane Edition a long time ago and donated to your Battle Pass in Apex. Just yesterday, I was playing without any problems and got a relic, but today they've already considered me Russian... they've decided I live in occupied territory. I've suffered from war every day for four years, and now I'm under sanctions against the country that attacked us.

I looked at the forum and realized I'm not the only one facing this problem in my city.

The exact same thing is happening with the ZOOM online learning program; it also considered us to be Russian territory, and for a year now I haven't been able to study peacefully at school. PLEASE, don't be like them; don't be indifferent. Please convey my appeal to those who forced you to impose sanctions on me and my fellow countrymen.

I'm also from Zaporizhzhia and I can't access EA Sports servers. Please resolve this issue. Zaporizhzhia is in Ukraine.

I thought it was some kind of bug... turns out everyone in Zaporizhia has this issue... EA, please restore service to the city of Zaporizhia, we are not under occupation.

Service limitations apply.” I do not live in any of the restricted countries, my city is not occupied, and I haven’t violated any community rules.

I’m writing to report a regional access issue to EA services in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine.  
Starting around early October 2025, many players in my city (including myself and others I know) can no longer log into the EA App or any EA games such as Apex Legends.  

The error message says: “Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply.”  

Before this, everything worked perfectly for years.  
We are all legitimate players from Ukraine, but it seems that our region (Zaporizhzhia, right bank) might have been mistakenly restricted.  
Meanwhile, players from other regions, including Belarus and Russia, are still able to access EA services, which seems unfair and likely unintentional.  

Could you please check if our region was mistakenly flagged or restricted?  
We would really appreciate it if you could forward this issue to the responsible technical team for investigation.  
Many players here love EA games and want to continue playing them legally.
