Thank you for your reply. However, I think I have only used EA app. I downloaded these packs through EA app. Is there any way to check if I bought those 3 packs via Epic? (It's obvious I didn't use Steam.) If I used epic, do I have to buy those 3 packs again? I even didn't buy that luxury party kit , I downloaded that because it was free for a while. (It was an event)

    Same problem here. I troubleshooted several times with EA Support but nothing can be done. It is super annoying, because everything worked until MacOS got also the EA App. On Origin, everything just worked fine. I can't play my game since 6 months. Apparently it's a bug, but nothing got done until now. Great and thanks for nothing :D 

  • Logged into the EA app to find the Sims 4 tagged as 'Unavailable' and greyed out. Description only states that it is 'Available on Windows' and I can only seem to manage add-ons and can't do anything else. I've played the game just a day before. What is going on?
