Re: EA App keeps losing connection on game download, but my internet is fine

Yea The EA app is only Launcher that has this issue . I have the same issue and I DO NOT have a connection problem. On any update the games go from 0 download speed to 2kb back to 0 and then randomly goes up to 20 mb a sec just to go back to 0 download speed again. Seems like your EA app is just not optimized correctly and everyone is saying the same issue . Ive had this issue for a long time ever since I installed EA app and I have 300mb Download speed on speed checker so no its NOT my connection it is YOUR APP.

    I'm also having the exact same issue. Connection fine - EA App constantly drops connection, then starts up again for a period of time but drops again.

    EA need to consider this and update the app. Something isn't right.

    I just bought my first EA game in god knows how long, the Dead Space Remake, and still having the same issue. The EA App is just constantly getting stuck trying to download the game. I do a speedtest or download on ANY other platform and I get ful speed. On the EA App, I can't even download the game is it constantly is freezing.
