Hi @sophie5734, so are you using wifi or cable connection?

Somewhere the connection between EA App and our servers is being interrupted.

    @EA_Atic I'm using wifi, but just used an Ethernet cable directly to see if there was an issue with my wifi settings, but it didn't change anything

    Good day! Is there any update regardingt he "Temporarily Lost Connection" issue of the EA desktop app? I'm using windows and I have a good internet connection and my firewall does not restrict the ea app. I just want to play TS4 and the EA APP has been giving me a headache.
