That is an uncommon error, try these basic troubleshooting steps:

- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
It is possible using a new Windows User Account with Administrative Privileges will help too.
