I recently bought new sims 4 pack on the wrong account, i have spoken to chart for 2hrs and they sent me to the forums to find the management team for further assistance.

Hate to see you're having troubles with this pack! Here on the forums, we don't have access to your account or billing information, so we're not able to process refunds, or move this pack to another EA account.
Live support would need to take another look with you and get a refund submitted or transfer that pack over- please reach out again from the help site here so they can explore your options. I'd also recommend attaching this forums conversation when you reach out there so the team has more information to reference.
