Relinking Discord to EA App Results in Error

Summarize your bug Accidentally linked my EA Account to my wrong discord account. Afterwards, I unlinked my discord profile through the EA website in a web browser and tried linking to the correct discord profile in the EA app again. I'm now getting error that states "Couldn't connect to Discord on the EA app." Is there an alternate way to do this on the web or is there a cooldown on linking accounts?
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open EA App on desktop. Link Discord account. Unlink account on the EA website under profile and connections. Attempt to link EA account to different Discord account in the EA App. Error occurs after signing into discord.
What happens when the bug occurs? Red text appears on the profile page stating "Couldn't connect to Discord on the EA app" after signing into discord.
What do you expect to see? The new discord account should be linked and shown on the account page.
Trying to resolve an issue in the EA App: removing a mistakenly linked discord account on the EA website and attempting to link the correct one after results in an error in the EA App stating "Couldn't connect to Discord on the EA app." Wondering if there is a cooldown time before relinking, or an alternate method to get it to work, or if this is just a bug that needs resolving.
