This issue should be resolved at this time. If you're still running into issues with The Sims 4 currently please fully restart the EA app and try your download again.
Thank you for your patience while this was addressed.Update: If you're still seeing the "Update Required" message after the fix for this went live about 30 minutes ago please try clearing the EA app cache and let me know if that doesn't resolve the issue.
