RESTART: Issue with Ea play - pass expired but not so in Xbox game pass
3 weeks in. No resolution. EA blames XBOX, XBOX blames EA - to me it's EA as XBOX shows everything correctly. I've done full cycle of troubleshooting several times. Contacted both teams - it's shocking how hard is it to get hold of anyone at EA and when you do, they've got no clue (just running off a script). Clearly issue in data between XBOX & EA but no means of EA team sending request to XBOX team to clarify and fix issue if account confirmed as Premium?
