Run game as administrator, won't launch

I recently installed Jade empire with my gamepass/EA play subscription. When I try to launch the game, it tells me the game needs administrator privileges.

I click okay, then EA play tells me the game isn't out yet so I can't play. I've tried googling this problem, running the EA app as administrator, etc. Nothing works.
