SIMS 4 DOWNLOAD HELP PLEASE!!

Question

I initially tried to update the game, but it stayed stuck at 1% no matter what I tried.&nbsp; It would just stop after waiting hours. Then right after it would say no internet connection...But that's absolutely impossible...I verified multiple times. So I uninstalled the game, cleared the cache, closed out of the EA app, restarted my computer, verified my internet connection again, made sure I had storage for it(which I do) and then reinstalled. Now its stuck at 2%, but does the same thing as mentioned above. Please help:(

This is my exact problem and I cannot find info on how to fix it, it’s been driving me insane. I just bought businesses and hobbies too 😭 I seriously hope someone finds a remedy for this asap.
