Sims 4 download stuck at 2%

I have tried downloading sims 4 and originally it could only download to 1% but now it’s only downloading to 2%. I’ve tried doing UAC but it’s blocked in my computer, I am not sure if the cache with ...

Perhaps shutting your Mac down, then starting it back up again may help.
