Sims 4 download stuck at 2%

I have tried downloading sims 4 and originally it could only download to 1% but now it’s only downloading to 2%. I’ve tried doing UAC but it’s blocked in my computer, I am not sure if the cache with ...

I have been trying to download the sims 4 but it won't download it stay at 2% and won't move from there no matter what i do to get it fix it won't do it so I don't know what else do because do have space to download it is anybody else having troubles with the sims 4

Hello yesi25​,

can you please try to turn off your antivirus for the duration of the download?

Please also try to start the EA app as administrator.
