I went to update my sims 4 game, wouldnt work kept coming up with an error. Tried to fix it, same thing. So i uninstalled it and deleted all files. Gone to reinstall and it tries to install gets to 2% then an 'unknown error' message pops up and wont download. Ive updated my computer, my driver, everything I can think of.
