My internet is perfectly fine (working well on all other devices, tv, phone, websites, etc.) and other STEAM games are working fine. However, trying to launch sims, I get "The app timed out" and a prompt to check my internet connection. This has NEVER happened before. I'm not sure what's going on, but it seems like an EA outage or EA error. HELP!!
I've seen a few people posting about connection issues with the EA App, it might be connected to that?
