Hello! I have looked through all the help articles I could and also opened a ticket to live chat with a support agent and none of it has helped to resolve my issue. I have restarted, repaired, and reinstalled both the EA Launcher and The Sims 4. I cleared the EA Launcher's cache and updated my drivers. I removed all of my mods. Nothing has worked. This problem has been ongoing since the 10th which makes me believe it is related to the new patch (I did not purchase the new DLC yet but I have purchased a great deal of DLC in the past which is part of why I'm so upset about this).
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, have you resolved it somehow yet?
I've done every help suggestion I could find over the last two months. I even reformatted my PC and wiped it clean to start over. Still getting the error. I'm so upset. I hope it resolves soon.
