Sims 4 expansions bought through origin disappeared on

My sims 4 expansion packs purchased two years ago from Origin have disappeared on EA. In fact all of my sims 4 game data has. I've just had to completely redownloaded the game as it was gone from my library. I don't have a product code for the purchase, only a confirmation email. I would like the packs I spent money on back.
