Status is set to 'Online' instead of 'In-game' when launching a game on EA App
Hello everyone,
Since last night, I have been going through an issue with EA App not being able to recognize status while running any game. Which means, my status is set to 'Online', instead of switching to 'In-game'.
I have tried every possible workaround to get it working, such as:
- clearing app cache
- logging out and back in
- repaired my games
- refreshed the app
None of the above methods I tried works.
This issue took place with other statuses as well, other than 'Online'. For example, manually switching status to 'Away' while launching any game.
I am not sure if it's network connection related. However, I have a stable network connection. It took place last night, last time I encountered the 'in-game' status was a few days ago.
I'm on a Windows 11 64-bit laptop, specs are: 16GB RAM/512GB SSD drive/AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS CPU
