stuck at launching game after start the game from launcher

I can't get in to the game, it's always said LAUNCHING GAME, but i waited almost 2 hours but i still there, nothing change, can someone help ? see the screenshot in attached file, i'm stucked here T...

Just found the answer to this! Sure, try all the recommendations from EA, but what worked for me after weeks of troubleshooting was making sure virtualization was enabled in the BIOS settings.
