The Sims 4 payment error

Hello, I would like to report an error I encountered today. I wanted to purchase the City Living pack. Everything was fine, I entered the required information and confirmed the purchase. But when the page was supposed to appear for me to confirm the payment and download the pack, something froze and the EA page went black. The money was not charged and the pack was not purchased (even though I tried several times, including directly through the game). Please help me as soon as possible — the pack was meant to be a gift, but since it is not possible to confirm the payment, I cannot buy it. Thank you in advance.
