I have had the same issue for some time, tried clearing cache', doing it manually and via the app, didnt work. what i did find to work is go and download the old originhttps://origin.onl/download/and do it from that.im also on Win11 Fyi

I have got the same issue but for FIFA 23. The game that's already crap because of an EAanticheat issue at launch day.These guys can't seem to get anything right. I can't install the game I bought because of some stupid Issue.EA help advised me to ask Microsoft but it isn't their fault because it's only FIFA 23 not FIFA 22 or F1 22

Hey all,I figured it out, at least in my case. From the EABackgroundService log telling me I didn't have permissions, I asked EA chat support to just delete the game from my account and re-add it. This is all it took. Sounds like they must have done some sort of migration process with our accounts and it was not tested very well before they implemented it.Let me know if that helps.IE8

I didn't that's the friggin problem. It wasn't fixed. It's still the same bullcrap issue.

Same thing is happening for me for C&C Yuri's Revenge, Renegades and Red Alert 1. I keep getting the "Are you sure you're using the latest version of the EA App" from the ticket support - it's garbage.

@KamiDOTexe Yes - still having the same problem. Was even able to find the log file for trying to download my game, and I see the following error:

I feel like any software dev worth their salt could look into this issue if they were given the direction. I have submitted detailed tickets including this error and the full log using EA app, and all I get back is "Did you try downloading the latest version of EA Desktop? Have you tried contacting microsoft support?"

This issue seems to be popping up more than just us according to these forums - I just don't get why I can't get past level 1 support, and get someone who can actually help.

"Offer not owned" makes it seem like my account no longer thinks I own the game - which should be such a simple fix.

I had another human being interested in playing Anthem with me and this bug ended it ☹️
That's basically like winning the lottery and then having andrew wilson shove the ticket up his a$$ and run away.
Witcher? Doesnt install Andromeda? Nope. I tried to put witcher on 3 brand new systems i'm trying to benchmark to sell. Nope.
I get that this is a new indie studio but they should work on making their games playable.
