I am having it since may, and it’s not getting solved. EA is ignoring me
Yes they are. I am tired of this. I spend more time pressing "play" than playing the game. It seems to never work. Then you come on here and get standardize replies. No real solutions. EA expect you to be a software engineer and problem solve your own issue. "Clear the cache, uninstall, rollback update, smack it, flip it and rub it down. Oh no! All the issues is tied to this app being link in order to play this game. The app is problematic. It needs to be done away with. I haven't played the game in weeks. Because I get a headache trying to problem solve EA app that they created. If this persist, I will uninstall forever. Too many other PC games that work when you press play. This game stresses me out every time I use it. The game is suppose to relax me but it is doing the opposite. All these issues of not working when it supposed to do. Is stressful.
