"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

I have plenty of storage on my PC, however when I try to download (update) the Sims 4 it just says 'download error' and keeps 'loading'. this is with the EA app.

    I'm still having issues downloading the sims 4 no matter what I do it still giving me issues to download it stays in 2% downloading and it hasn't moved from there
