"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

After 3 topics and 5 error reports still no help. i chatted with 2 people today and still nothing.  it's been a month and a half.
