"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

@ferbiej33  I've merged your posts with the master thread for this issue.  Coverage from EA employees seems pretty sparse this week, but I'll flag your posts for people to see when they're back.

@puzzlezaddict Thank you for trying to help but it's officially been 3 months since this problem started with no resolution so I'm giving up.
