I bought NFS Unbound from Epic store just now, when I press "Install" in Epic app, the EA Origin windows pop up and ask for activation code, but I don't receive any code from Epic so I press Cancel, then I can't install the game. I try many times but it keeps popping up EA Origin app. Can anyone help?

Same issue here, just bought NFS Unbound Palace Edition from the Epic Game Store.
Upon installing the game the Epic app asked me to link my Epic account with my EA one which I did, then the EA app launched and I am getting the same error (screengrabs attached) as K9Clown.
Even if you click on "get the game" button I am getting HTTP 404 error (not found).
Any ideas on how to resolve this as I even have unlinked and linked again my Epic and EA accounts, uninstalled/installed again the EA app, but to no avail
I wrote to the EA support, and they have said to me that there is a general techinical issue and they are trying to fix it, so we can only wait
Both my PC's are now downloading the game EA looks to have solved the issue
I did how ever have the EA app open all the time, just come back to check and had the download option on screen
