Unauthorized Account
My friend is trying to sign up for the EA desktop beta but he keeps getting unauthorized account when signing up. Any ideas why?

For several hours there was a problem with all the servers and you could not log and in through Origin.
Is it currently fixed? If so, im still getting the unauthorised message

Got e-mail confirmation for download and cannot login.

The servers are fine now, but it was a problem everywhere, not just for EA Desktop. Last week I had a problem opening it and nothing worked and I solved the problem with a new installation. I haven't had any problems since then.
