Update will not download
I cannot update my sims 4 game. I have uninstalled the app, repaired the app, cleared the cache, and moved my game folder. The update will only get to 30%. This is very frustrating. I really wish they would fix this game. Does anyone else have a solution that the internet or AI has not given me? I have tried everything. I am playing on a PC.

I’m sorry to hear that you can't update the game.
Could you please try repairing the game files, rather than repairing the EA app itself?
- Launch the EA app and go to your Library.
- Find the game you want to repair and select the three-dot menu on the game tile.
- Choose Repair.
- When the game has finished repairing, try launching it again.
Please also try running the EA app as an administrator and temporarily closing any background applications that may conflict with the EA app.
If the update still stops, could you let us know exactly what happens at 30%? If you receive an error message or code, please share the full wording or a screenshot. Thanks.
