Urban Homage Kit: Downloading Error

So I bought the Urban Homage Kit today, and I went to download it. It keeps saying preparing, and then says download error come back and try again in a few minutes. I've been trying to download it for at minimum 2 hours. I restarted my PC, I restarted the EA app. I even cleared the cache through the EA app, and through Windows. It's still not working, so I have no clue what else to do at this point.
