Same happened to me today (Feb-7-2026) when I tried to install Mirror's Edge.
- It was bought via Origin Store on Mar-22-2013 (highlighted in red in the screenshot)
- Tried to download on on a new computer (no cache issues).
- I have it installed on my handheld PC on Dec-22-2025
- I am able to run this copy by copying the folder and using the digital licence provided by the Origin Store in my e-mail address.
- I see on my purchase history many orders older than Apr-2013 have the text "description not available", including Mirror's Edge
- I was able to install the game Dead Space, bought on 2012 (highlighted in green in the screenshot)
The issue with my account seems to happen only with Mirror's Edge.
Please advise.
Same here, bought the game in 2014 and I do have descriptions. Give me my game EA, I paid.
