I am having the same issue
did you manage to fix it? I spent hours trying everything suggested but what finally worked for me (after EA chat closed on me mid conversation and didn't help at all....) was to change EA location, log in and out, restart computer, repair game. idk if I got lucky of if one/combo of those worked!
