Yes the issue exists even after I clear or reinstall the application.
The issue is only with FIFA, I have a bunch of other titles which works just fine.
I am using the latest Xbox Controllers, I have google this issue and found the same thing happening with PS4 controllers connected to PC. Please let me know what additional information is required.

What happens when you try to start FIFA 21 through Origin, do you have the same issue?
No I am not using any additional softwares to use my controller.
I am using EA desktop app to launch the game.

- @EA_Jason Unfortunately I cant play using Origin as my EA play subscription is associated with Xbox game pass and the same wont work on Origin. I am stuck ☹️
