No I am not using any additional softwares to use my controller.

I am using EA desktop app to launch the game.

    @EA_Jason Unfortunately I cant play using Origin as my EA play subscription is associated with Xbox game pass and the same wont work on Origin. I am stuck ☹️

    @EA_Jason I have the exact same issue. Also no additional software.

      @EA_Jason It seems like the issue is only with Bluetooth. It works fine if I use a USB-C cable.

        In that case it could be an issue where the Bluetooth signal gets distorted. 

        Do you have any other Bluetooth devices active or is there anything else that sends out a wireless signal? Try turning them off as their signal can interfere with the Bluetooth signal. @B1SS_JP
