Do you use them both at the same time? Both Bluetooth and the other dongle operate at 2.4GHz and could interfere with each other. Same goes for stuff like a baby phone or a wireless network.
The thing is that this looks like something that also happens when you quit a game while holding a button or when the controller temporarily loses the connection and it keeps registering the input. That's why I want to eliminate any other sources of interference.
Something else to note, my other son have the same 2.4 dongle but an older xbox controller. He doesn’t have any issues with fifa. It seems like the pc/Bluetooth/the latest xbox controller combination is the issue.
