I cannot enter the game. When I click on the game icon, I get the "you don't have access" error. At the same time, I can't see my game from the library.

It sounds like you might be currently signed in to a different EA account than the one you used to purchase the game on. You'll need to locate that other account and log in to it to play.
To confirm you're on the right account, please check your order history page for the transaction, along with your EA account information page, to see if the account's creation date (member since) is before the date on that receipt. If you notice any timeline or entry discrepancies, that signals that you're currently on another EA account.
