Summarize your bug When launching a game (e.g. Star Wars Battlefront 2), an error message displays - "Your latest sync was interrupted" with an error code of 10608
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Launch EA app
2. Launch a game - e.g. SWBF2
3. Exit the game
4. Press the X in the upper right of EA app to close the app - notice that Windows says the app is still running in the background
5. Restore EA app and relaunch the game
What happens when the bug occurs? The error message shows up
What do you expect to see? no error message - should launch into game
To get around the issue, I need to exit (instead of close) EA app and then restart it.
SWBF2 hasn't had any binary updates in a while, so it's likely not a permissions issue with the game. This issue started occurring maybe a month ago - seems like the time when the latest update to EA app came out, but I'm not 100% sure of that.
This is fixed with the latest update to EA app.
