Bug since the last Maj with my Save files.

Mod : Yes, but i removed them and it's still not working.

Hello, (sorry for my bad english this is not my native language)
Since the last Maj, my game keeps laging, anyone to help ?

First, my save won't load normaly by clicking on "resume the game". It load but in the end i can't enter my sims' house and there is an error code : 123:35e4f805:2671b6ce.
Furthermore, when i can finally enter my sims' house (trough multiple manipulation), some objects disappeared some are CCs (that i did not remove from my folder),others are sims 4' furnitures. And they keep dissapearing in the same emplacements, even though i replace them everytime.
On the other hand, there are objects that i can't delete, with a message saying "you cannot delete this object".
Finally, it's not only happening in one household, but in all the others in the same save, and even in others savefiles after a while. 

In brief, i don't know what to do anymore, basically my game is unplayable, and it never happened before, only after this MAJ.

I've tried many things :

-Renaming my sims 4 folder, so that it will reset it (and so i added my old save to the new Sims 4 Folder)
-Making my sims move out of their house, in case the house, so the land, was the problem.
-Even deleting my sims and putting them back again from the gallery.
-Deleting the house and putting it back again from the gallery.
-I removed all my mods and resume my game (it did nothing if so worsening even the problem)
-Recovering old save from the main menue (the problem still persist even with the old save)
-I romeved all the cache files too.
