codice carta regalo the Sims 4 riscattato su account sbagliato
Salve! Ho inavvertitamente loggato la pagina relativa al redeem della carta regalo con un vecchio account che non uso da tempo (the sims2). Ho provato a chiedere aiuto all'assistenza, ma mi hanno risposto di rivolgermi al retailer :
"Alright so as i tried my best from my end to validate the code , however unfortunately we are unable to validate the product code and so we can not proceed further ,But please do not worry do reached out the retailer so that they can look into it with your code accordingly ."
Non so come risolvere il problema, dato che dovrei rivolgermi a Euronics e chiedere l'annullamento della validazione?
