BF2042 doesn't want to launch

Hi. I've recently bought BF2042 from steam, tried to launch it, but after i pressed the play button, EA launcher just didn't load the game after a pretty long loading. After that, Steam had to recover my files, which is not helping, plus, it happens every time i try to launch the game, which is annoying. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling anti-cheat through a downloadable file on the EA website, reinstaling the game itself, vpn, clearing steam cache, loading the game through the BF2042.exe file, went through a lot of forums, doing all the things i could, but just couldn't find the answer, and the fact that my friend from Russia can load it and i can't, while being in KZ is just weird. I tried everything and i don't know what to do. I have no problems with other games of BF series, but with 2042. No errors occure on my screeen, it just doesn't want to launch. So, i've done a lot of things to fix it, but i forgot most of them, so i'll probably just answer on your solutions and tell if it helped or not(or alerady tried it)
